The books I received were published in 1972 and there is a 1992 set. As I looked through the books I found a wealth of information on every single page. This set is filled with pictures (mostly BW) that look like they were done during the early archaeological digs. I was very pleasantly surprised by its depth and scope.
The product delivered isn’t what is advertised, I got volume 4 instead of the advertised volume 1. Also product description says “5 volumes†only one is delivered. Deceitful and very unethical in the part of amazon
For these books being as old as they are, This seller has not given any false comment on there condition! They are perfect and such useful knowledge inside for students or those seeking biblical information.
Even though this set was copyright in 1976, the vast majority of its articles are still appropriate and helpful for biblical studies. While recent individual books can be used to supplement its material, this set continues to provide well-written, evangelically conservative articles on hundreds of subjects. It is highly recommended.
